からすると・からすれば

Means “judging from”, “considering”. Used with nouns.

Examples

服ふくを´着きるからすると、今日きょうは面接めんせつに行いくでしょう。 Judging from the clothes you’re wearing, I guess you’re going to pass an interview today.
